Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (e.g. special orders, personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (e.g. beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is approved.


14-Day EU Withdrawal Right

If you're located in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason — without justification.

The product must be in its original, unused condition, with tags and packaging intact. A proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, the refund will be issued via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund.
