💰 1. Shipping Costs

A. For Deliveries in ROMANIA:

• Free Shipping (> 300 Lei): If the value of your cart exceeds 300 Lei , the shipping cost is 0 Lei . We cover the shipping costs!
• Standard Fee (< 300 Lei): For orders under 300 Lei, we apply a one-time fee of 18 Lei , anywhere in the country.
• Exception: For industrial/bulk products (e.g. heavy bags of Fish Meal), shipping is calculated separately based on weight.

B. For INTERNATIONAL Deliveries (Outside Romania):

• The fixed fee of 18 Lei does NOT apply.
• For foreign orders, our site will automatically calculate the shipping cost in the final steps of the order (Checkout), depending on the destination country and the total weight of the package.

⏱️ 2. Delivery Time: Usually within 24 Hours!

Our priority is to get your bait to the water's edge as quickly as possible. That's why we strive to deliver most orders within 24 hours of placing them.

Here is the golden rule of order processing (the "12:00 PM" Rule):

• Orders placed by 12:00: They are processed, packed and handed over to the courier the same day. They usually reach you the next day (24 hours) .
• Orders placed after 12:00: They are picked up by the courier the next day, and the estimated delivery time is 48 hours.

• In short: If you order in the morning (Monday-Thursday), you have a very good chance of receiving your package the next day!

📅 3. Weekend Logistics

• National couriers have a standard schedule, and Saturdays and Sundays are usually non-working days for deliveries.
• An order placed on Friday (by 12:00) will leave us on Friday, but will arrive at your door on Monday .
• An order placed on Friday (after 12:00) will leave us on Monday and arrive at your door on Tuesday.

📦 4. Order Tracking and Package Safety

• We want you to be informed and protected at every step:
• AWB (Tracking): As soon as we have delivered the package, you will receive a notification (SMS/E-mail) with the AWB number. This way, you can check at any time on the courier's website where your package is.
• Check Upon Receipt (Important!): Although we pack the products with great care, accidents during transport can happen. Please visually inspect the package in the presence of the courier . If you notice major damage (leaky liquids, broken box), please refuse receipt and draw up a report with the agent. Subsequent complaints are much more difficult to resolve.

• We all know that unpleasant feeling when your gear is in the car, but the bait hasn't arrived. If you know you're going fishing on the weekend, our recommendation is to order in advance (at least 2-3 days in advance).
• Although we ship packages extremely quickly, sometimes unforeseen situations may arise at the courier company (traffic jams, logistical errors, bad weather) that are beyond Myon Baits' control . By ordering in advance, you eliminate any risk and stress, ensuring that on Friday evening you have everything ready for the big catch!
